Honey Glazed Carrots

Honey glazed carrots easter christmas recipe

The Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter 

  • 2 tbsp Wild Nectar Honey

  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Kosher salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • 15 carrots (800g), peeled and halved lengthwise

  • Fresh thyme, for garnish (optional)

The Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C. 

  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Stir in Wild Nectar honey, rosemary, and garlic powder and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Place carrots on a large baking sheet. Pour over glaze and toss until coated.

  4. Roast until caramelized and glazed, 35 to 40 minutes.

  5. Garnish with thyme and of course a drizzle of Wild Nectar honey, before serving.
